Positives: Breakfast was fine, mix of hot and cold foods and most days the hot food choices were slightly different. Quiet area and heaps of parking for our car. Easy to travel to different parts of Boston (pending the traffic). Check in staff very friendly. Room was very big, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and cleaning equipment.
Negatives: No water in hotel when we arrived but no fault of the hotel, by the time we went to dinner and turned it was fixed, it was a building wide issue. Found the water temp in shower late afternoon was not hot, only seemed to occur during certain times.

Positives: There's a nice hiking path in the bluehills near the hotel for those who like to go hiking. It's a quiet area, so it's peaceful, which makes it feel like you're one with nature.
Negatives: The pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't it was freezing, and the whirlpool wasn't clean . Breakfast needs more options, especially for people who aren't pork eaters or vegetarians .

Positives: Nice very clean facility.
Negatives: Check in did not go well at all. At the front desk they could see that I had a reservation in the computer system. This was at 3:00 PM. However, for some reason they could not check me in. Was told that Housekeeping had released the room after they had cleaned it but it was not coming in the computer at the front desk. I was there 35 minutes. At that point the person manually made me room keys and said just to come back later. We went to our room, unpacked, went to visit family who live in the area. Came back at 10:00 PM that night and was finally able to check in.
