The cleanliness of the room, the hygiene products smell amazing, the little breakfast offered was ok! The lobby is nice!
Negatives:
How thin the walls are! The people next to us were so loud late at night. You could everything they said and then they were like doing something near the wall and kept banging and scrapping something along it. The cars driving by sounded like as if you were outside. Made it very hard to sleep/ stay asleep! The prices for the snacks and such are outrageous. $5 for a candy bar!! They had hot cocoa with breakfast but not other times. Which would be nice if they did. Not everyone can drink coffee or tea. The shower water didn’t get very hot. Had to turn it all the way up to get at least a warm enough shower.

Negatives:
Yes are bathroom had a clogged toilet. I had requested it to be unclogged at 1:30 in the afternoon. We got back to the Rome at almost 12 o'clock and the toilet was still clogged. A night shift girl was kind enough to find me a plunger and we did it ours.
What's very dissatisfied with that. Also I was told that they would not charge us from the room that night.

Beds were very uncomfortable and walls were paper thin, I was kept up all night. Fridge in room did not keep anything cold, there was no microwave to be found and when I searched downstairs I couldn't find one nor any staff to help look, so I had to go spend extra money and buy food across the street.

It was close to lots of food options and store options. It was very clean and they came every other day to take trash and give fresh towels. They had breakfast every morning. All in all a cozy place to stay.
