Positives:
The breakfast was typical at these kinds of facilities. While the coffee was very good, and there was basic food, it wasn't anything special.
Negatives:
Our room had antiseptic white walls and other unappealing decor in a very cool color palate. We stayed on a cold winter night and it made the room seem even colder. The fan blew cold air into the room. The staff was friendly and I'm sure they would have helped if we had asked, but we coped by turning the thermostat up. Hot water was slow to come into the shower and the set up (controls well inside the shower) made it impossible to regulate without getting wet. The room was reasonably priced, and we didn't spend much time there, so all was tolerable. My husband appreciated the desk and there were many outlets for electronics.

Breakfast was basic, could have used more variety. Location was perfect for where we were going and close to everything in Sturbridge with many places being in walking distance. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

TV could have been bigger. Could have used more selections for breakfast items.

Positives:
The room was lighted, in contrast with most of the hotels, you didn’t need to a bat vision to find your clothes. Overall the room and the facilities were clean and white (maybe renovated recently). Breakfast was fine, located near the freeway yet I didn’t hear the traffic, the receptionists were attentive

The AC was a bit funny, blew cold air sometimes.

Liked the location of the hotel, had alot of restaurants and stores nearby. Appreciated the cleanliness of the room, was very clean and smelt nice like fresh linen.
Negatives:
Some of the towels had some small stains on them. The room door didn’t fully close by itself, had to pull it closed hard every time, was a little annoying. Didn’t like the fact that they charged me $20 for an early check-in, I checked in 1 hour early.
