Positives:
I like that you have a grip bar in the shower for us, senior folks, the body wash/lotion/shampoo in the shower, the easy to use outlets for my digital devices, and an excellent breakfast.
Negatives:
In your print advertising, and emailed information about the property, and at the front desk, you need to tell the customer that there will be an additional $100 put on their credit card until the stay is over. The manager should also read the request comment carefully so if a top quiet room is requested, you are not put on the first floor along side of a noisy family and across from an exercise room. Blanket should be put on one bed in a room with two queen size beds, so if someone does not like to sleep under a duvet thermal comforter( but a blanket), they know this is a possibility upfront as it makes a huge difference in a night sleep, if you were simply too hot.

I like the staff very attentive to my needs. Also, the location is excellent and the appearance of the place was beautiful clean hospitable. The rooms were great comfortable and the pool environment was perfect.
