The night desk clerk was rude and unwilling to work with us when I told him the charges I agreed to and he charged me more. Then argued with me when I was trying to explain the situation. He then charged my card without my authorization. I'm pissed.

They should let people know to leave out the back way of you are traveling south on the Cape since they are on a divided one way… If you go out the back and take a right it brings to the intersection further up the road vs going backwards and then coming back on the other side.
