Negatives: Front door wouldn't close needed to slam, matress shorter than frame so kept banging frame, staff I interacted with were either rude( breakfast guy) or not fluent in English ( front desk)

Negatives: Breakfast was sketchy. Lighting in room was terrible. Inconvenient light switches.

Negatives: The walls were paper thin. The neighboring room's occupants had a normal conversation at 3 AM that kept us up for hours. They were just talking normally. Not being loud. But we heard everything. The refrigerator in the room also was making terribly loud noises. There were babies on the hall who cried all night and because the walls are so thin, they kept everyone up. Also, the drain in the shower didn't work so the bath tub filled with water and things came up out of the drain. Totally gross.

Negatives: No restaurants readily available without a car. Breakfasts were okay, but more nutritious options would have been nice. Also decaf coffee for those who don’t drink caffeine.

Negatives: Dark monotone colors of floors and carpets, eco friendly lighting which made spaces feel gloomy.

Negatives: Problem with credit card machine

Negatives: 1)The black out shade in our bedroom was broken. Did not go up or down. Has to call maintenance every day. 2) The shower fixture was loose 3) The entrance door latch was missing screws. It was insecure. Maintenance guy had to fix it. 4) Thermostate would not keep the set temperature. We set it several times to 72° and went back to 67°. 5) Breakfast was very basic. Alexis, the not very nice guy in charge, was determined to break everything. He slammed the dishes so hard, it was a miracle they didn't break. The noise was so obnoxious we could not eat in peace. He seems to be an angry person. 6) Difficult to get something for dinner. We went 2 nights across the street to the ALoft and had chicken wings, but the other nights it was a challenge getting something to eat. 7) The bathroom door didn't close. It was stock. It seems it is not leveled. Very inconvenient, very. 8) There are stains in the carpets everywhere: the foyer, the hallways, etc. 9) it was supposed to be a "suite". Two of the nights were above $375.00 and the bedroom was the size of the bed and the other room was not so great either. The cooking area was not too bad. 10) It is a "side road" hotel. Nothing fancy about it.

Negatives: Rooms nice, but a little “tired” - window condensation, bathroom /shower light non-functional, furniture chipped.

Negatives: This is a pet-friendly hotel, and people who bring pets may be charged a fee. However, there is no further information on Booking, only on their website. Once I got there, I was informed there was a non-refundable $100 fee, which is considerably higher than other hotels. They should add this information on Booking, so people can be aware of this value before booking.
