1 of the kitchen staff was outside smoking, and swearing about her job to us. not the best way to be greeted into a hotel! the room was just ok. the bed was lumpy and the pillows were like cement blocks! no towels in the bathroom. never again.

The room itself was dirty there were stains on the doors stains on the chair that was in there And the air conditioning stop working halfway through our stay

toilet did not work in. called at 6am & asked if anyone could check & they said no one could come. I called after work at 4, still not fixed. Came to hotel at 7 still not fixed. Switched to a suite and left early b/c i woke up w/ itchy bites the next day

There was a very good restaurant at the hotel (Benjamins). It was independently owned and not operated by the hotel. Food and service were extraordinary.

The room had many problems: 1. chair in the room was filthy 2. phone didn't work. 3. ants in the bathroom 4. heating couldn't be adjusted 5. window wouldn't close 6. chipped paint and burn marks on rug also no breakfast either at restaurant or hote

Run down outdated room was filthy. Broken mirror, no ac room was so hot & smelled awful. Stains and what looked like mold or rot in the corners of the room. Staff refused to accommodate or upgrade. No breakfast. And migrant families littered the hallways.

No elevator no breakfast and they took a hundred dollars out of my bank account for a security deposit besides the cost of the room

Booked a king,they didn't clean it so ended up with 2 double beds that they claimed were queen. One of the most uncomfortable beds and noisy bed frames ever. So hot I had to turn ac on, still woke up dripping sweat, thermostat said it was 85, with ac on
