The location was convenient for getting to the hospital for an early morning surgery.
Negatives:
The hotel needs some updates. In the room I had the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, the toilet paper holder was falling apart. It seems as though people where living at this hotel as there was a lot of loud music and noise while we were trying to go to bed. When we were leaving around 6:15 this morning there was a man walking around the breakfast area barefoot and there was graffiti in the elevators. The whole place just seemed really dingy.

My first and last visit!
Positives:
Pet friendly (with additional) fee. Free parking. Relatively close to Boston if you have a car.
Negatives:
Entry way looks exactly like a hospital reception. I thought I was in the wrong building. My guess is that this building was a nursing home? Kind of sad. Remote for TV didn’t work properly. Internet barely reached my room at end of the hall, so I used my phone’s mobile hotspot.

Positives:
The price was much more accessible than many other hotels closer to the city center. The nearby Assembly Square shopping center was pleasant, and had all sorts of restaurants and shops to choose from. The staff was friendly and free breakfast was included. The beds were comfortable and room service was available on request.
Negatives:
The property is currently fairly difficult to access via public transit. There's a large construction zone nearby, and you have to take a slight detour to get to it, through a fairly unwelcoming side street. Upon getting to the hotel one of the automatic doors was continually slower than the others and we had to awkwardly sidestep it every time we entered. Our room was fine, fairly sparse, but had all the expected things we needed. The fire alarm mount seemed to have been broken at one point, and someone had attempted to tape it to the ceiling, but it dangled from the cords after the tape didn't prove effective.
