Convenient location at a reasonable rate
Negatives:
Thermostat did not work. Had to manually turn on/off heat/cooling. Fridge unplugged and smelly Bath fan not working Ice machine on floor not working. Wasn't working months ago either.

I liked that I was able to get a shuttle to the hospital for my medical appointment

I had booked a handicapped accessible room, and it was on the second floor. I was unable to walk the distance to get to it, so I needed a regular room which made it very difficult and unsafe for me to shower.

The room and the hotel is very antiquated. Very dusty. Did not meet my expectations very disappointed.

the location was hard to find. I was within 1/10th of a mile, and it took me over a half hour (and over 7 miles of driving and u-turns) to find the parking lot.

Nothing I had to go out and get Lysol and disinfecting wipes to be able to be in there also had to sleep with mask on due to the degree of filth and odor , could not change rooms, front desk not helpful and could not even tell me the name of the GM

We went to the front desk the smoke detector beeped constantly , room flithy, water would not drain from sink or tub, asked for new room Nothing was done we faced theses issues the entire stay and went to front desk multi times
