First, the room assigned to me, when I opened it there were used towels and bedding was not done. I looked it from outside. I did not get in when I noticed, shut the door and went down to the front desk. To my disbelief, I waited close to 10 minutes for the from desk person to show up. I explained her what I saw in the assigned room. Once she checked what had possible went wrong, she told me that she by mistake gave me a wrong room. The problem here is that what had happened when I opened the door and there were people there? TROUBLES...

It was the most uncomfortable, brick hard mattress I have ever slept in and it would take an absolute miracle of God for any semblance of a human being to fall asleep on it. As the hotel was a mere 15 minutes from Salem, I suggest the perpetrator of this travesty be tarred and feathered, paraded through town, locked in stockades and pelted with raw tomatoes in true 1640s fashion. I am also convinced this person may also have worked in a Russian POW camp and studied human torture as there is no possible way a mattress that hard is allowable under Massachusetts law

The bed was not secure. Cabinets were missing doors. The room was stained and dirty. The sink was corroded and moldy. We asked for a coffee maker and kitchen supplies and they never came. We ended up going to Walmart.
