Love the location. Love the staff. The breakfast is always good and the beds are comfortable. The best part was an intersection with the front desk staff. Oddly enough I never saw housekeeping during my stay.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Hairs in the bathroom. Dark hand print on the shower curtain, shower curtain was pink and moldy at the bottom. No conditioner in shower, crumbs on the carpet. I did send a message to the hotel with zero response. Drawers had evidence of previous guests in them. The pee on the base of the toilet was not pleasant to see either.
