The lady on night shift was rude and disrespectful and without my knowledge changed my rooms apparently so that's why my room card quit working and wasn't told til morning that my room was changed in the middle of the night. My kids were in my room and at 3-4 am a whole stranger was assigned to our room walked in and all. It was a horrible stay all together
