The room and bed were very comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a great plus! Loved the location and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Grand Haven (and, of course, the wonderful Lake Michigan shoreline). Parking was very convenient, as were the pool and other amenities. Will stay here again!
Negatives:
Even though the room was kept at a nice temperature, the bed was right next to the wall heater and the window curtain kept floating up on the bed, which was a bit annoying at times. Perhaps using little weights to keep the curtains down might help. Just a thought.

When we booked it was intended for a wedding block of rooms. The block didn't work well as staff stated no block was available. You all lost at least 10 bookings due to this at your slow season

I don't like that they take a $100 deposit For incidentals and it was pending for 48 hours and they still took the hundred and I'm still waiting for them to give it back. It's been 3 days. I don't understand that. they can immediately check the room the next day to see that nothing's wrecked or taken. Seems like they could stop the pending and not take it.
