Room was excellent with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. They also had a hot breakfast, even with the kitchen.

Check-in was delayed about 10 min. While the single desk employee took care of a guest problem.

One time card didint work good to open door from parking side but receptionist helped us immidiately

I reserved and paid for a king size suite with a pull out couch. I was going to be traveling after work Friday night and knew it would be a late arrival. I called and let them know it would be a late arrival but that we were still coming I was told by the man on the other end of the phone he would make a note on my account. When we received I was told my reservation had been canceled because of the late arrival time and the system ran the audit already. I then had to wait a decent amount of time as I was told it was a new system and they weren't completely familiar with it yet. They found me a room much to my surprise it was a handicap room on the first floor directly account from elevators and fitness room right on the corner. When we entered the room I very quickly noticed it wasent a king bed at all. I did mention this to staff and told them I paid for a king bed and xhoose this location becasuse it had a pool (which was never open or available to guests then entire 3 days we were there). I was told they would speak with a manager and let them know the events that had taken place both prior to my arrival as well as after and get a price adjustment on my room. It's been weeks and I still have not heard from anyone at the hotel nor have I receive any kind of compensation.
