Staff was courteous, rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, as well as the lavatory amenities.
Negatives:
The outside presence made us nervous (landscaping etc), the exterior doors did not lock. Pool & Hot tub need some updates. The halls and lobby were not air conditioned..

For the price, it was what I expected. We picked it for value and location. Pool worked well for the grandchildren. Place was clean enough but a little refresh of the building is overdue, including landscape. Workers were not unfriendly, but no one knew much about the area so food/entertainment recommendations didn’t happen.
Negatives:
The breakfast was unappealing. Juice was warm. No eggs or bacon. Waffle maker was a bit of a mess. All breads, muffins were a bit dry or cheap packaged product.

The staff was not accommodating. I asked for an extra blanket and they said that is an extra charge. There were dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom in the floor with white powder all over the floor
