Negatives: Dirty smelly uncomfortable

Negatives: Everything! The breakfast sucked! Internet was horrible and I stepped in some dog shit

Negatives: The Jacuzzi didn't in the room didn't work. Jets didn't work. And when brought to front desk, they did nothing but tell us they would make a note. Did nothing to compensate us. We payed more for the Jacuzzi and specifically reserved a Jacuzzi room to enjoy the Jacuzzi. Our home recently burned to the ground and we lost pets to the fire also. So we were looking forward to enjoying and taking advantage of the Jacuzzi after spending approx 13hrs that day digging through a dirty pile of burnt rubble in the cold windy rainy weather.

Negatives: The sheets and towels had stains, the heater/aircondioner had white build up on the vents was afraid to turn on the heat! Baseboard was missing around the room, tub was rusty!

Negatives: The rooms Were not comfy Had no thick bedding covers multiple roaches, and the hot tub was not clean I have pictures I would never ever go back to that hotel stay I demanded refund and I was told by the Person at the front desk that I would have to contact the property manager

Negatives: No TV no remote on lights

Negatives: all the crackheads running around and people that make you feel uncomfortable

Negatives: Live cock roaches in the door panel of the microwave. Toilet seat came off in my hand. The couch was so stained it looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. The window on our third floor room was large but had no screen or lock making it extremely dangerous. I wasn't expecting much here but I did expect a clean and pest-free room. The manager is never available yet no one seems to know where he ("Eric") is nor when he will be available. There is no manager name listed at the front desk so I cannot verify his true name. Five days and three messages later, absolutely nothing has been done to address my concerns. Not even an apology as me, my child and cat left for an unknown destination at 5:30am the first following morning of our intended 3 night stay. We are transitioning between homes with limited funds and this was just an incredibly awful experience at the most inconvenient time and will likely ruin my loyalty to all Baymont by Wyndham locations in the future.

Negatives: the conditions were horrific. The room was bare didn’t even have a remote for the television. We only had one washcloth, the dresser was broken. The door look like it had been hit by machetes. The clock was on the floor. There was no water cups in the room, no coffee pot in the room, no ice bucket in the room. No blow dryer., there was no chair at the desk or any other chair to sit on, there was no hangers to hang. My coat . I’m telling you this room had the bare minimum, I felt like I was staying in a one star hotel, instead of a Baymont! There was people outside, lottering around my husband, and I did not feel safe. When I was checking out, I brought this to the attention of the clerk and he said they were working on the property, but that does not explain why it was in such poor condition .We went down at 9 AM and there was no coffee. I have more pictures to upload, but it looks like it only allows four.
