This property needs to be torn down if they're not going to at least try to make it nicer! We got there and right off, the white blanket was dirty, and so were the towels. Went to the office to get clean stuff and was told that they didn't have staff that day, so no clean bedding! Then, as I was sitting at the table, a roach came from behind the TV, and then another, and then another!!! Call the front desk, and she immediately apologized and gave us another room. Sat in this room observing because if I saw another roach, I was leaving, but thankfully, there wasn't any. But the bed was awful. It was an old bed with springs, hard, and you had to sleep in the middle, or you would roll off! This was a last-minute stay for Christmas, and I will never stay there EVER AGAIN!!

Good location and staff were decent and they have good hot water.

The room smelled horrible it was dirty stains on bedding, hair in bathroom, floor was dirty, there was an unidentified pill on the floor in the room, the heater smells like it was burnt up besides the room smelling like body odor and funk on top of that. It was disgusting I had to go buy air freshener and sweep the floor just to be in there and it still wasn’t making me anymore comfortable. Let alone I pulled some cardboard out my car from moving boxes I had to lay down on the bed and sleep in my coat and make shift pillow I made. It was terrible I couldn’t stand to think if the room was this dirty and smelled this bad when the last time they washed the bedding and changed the linen I was scared to sit on the bed let alone lay down on the bed,blankets or lay my head on that pillow. There was bugs in the room not bed bugs or roaches which I was concerned about due to condition of room but still a bug on the bed. I don’t know which one i would rather stay at call me crazy but I thought a night in jail with no mattress and concrete floors might have almost been better and might even smell a little better. It’s a toss up I’d say 60/40 red roof stay to overnight stay in a crowded drunk holding cell at the jail.

Mattress was stained and dirty along with the blankets. Mattress has a hole in it where a dog chewed it up, the room smelled, not very clean at all. Asked for more towels on the second night and never received any.

The room was disgusting. Strong smell of cigarettes and musty odor. Peeling paint on the ceilings. Several light fixtures were broken and the mattress was torn with springs exposed.
