Positives: It was very dirty very dirty lifted up the mattress and there was a condom used underneath the mattress and wrappers as well smell like mold and mildew I instantly had to remove all bed linens go to Walmart and buy whole new set bleach the floor and the bed and the walls just a very bad experience I would not recommend sorry.

Negatives: The lack of cleanliness is the biggest issue I can deal with all the riffraff but the bedroom and the condoms under the mattress that were used was just unacceptable.
