Positives: Breakfast live counter was great.

Negatives: Manager reception: 2 drinks only available from 05:30 to 07:00. Why is that? We have Coupons... No ironing table available. pretty loud Hotel is old and there are no real modernizations. Elevators are scary old. My credit card was not taken. problems with your system. Employee said I have to check with my bank. Which I did. There was nothing wrong. The problem remains with Embassy Suites... Needed to use my private debit card for the deposit!!

Negatives: There was a woman from the hotel that opened our door on us at 10:20am telling us to checkout and we needed to leave. Checkout was not until 11am, and we had a late checkout for 12pm. Not happy

Positives: Had fire in a dryer and we weren't able to check in.

Negatives: The Manager was very dismissive and showed us no courtesy even though the fire was their fault. Told us he couldn't accommodate our request and since we booked through a third party he was unable to do anything but cancel our reservation.
