The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not working. WE were going to stay an extra night, but cancelled instead.
Positives:
Updated, clean and nice location. Breakfast was hot, nice options, as well as a nice start of the day. Plenty of coffee and they had no issues with taking a couple "road coffees". Recommend this stay...

This is my go-to motel in Monroe. The weekday breakfast is definitely lacking but the room was clean and quiet. The staff is courteous. There are numerous other dining options nearby and it's easy on and off I-75.

It was close to my event and easy access from the expressway.

The freezer in my room fridge was frozen shut. I had to defrost it before I could access it for my needs. I also did not have housekeeping stop into my room to remove used towels or garbage after my first night.

I had no complaints. The staff and the room were top notch. I also liked the free breakfast, and it was super good and clean

The hot tub was not working properly. When I started booking with this hotel having the ability to relax in the pool and hot tub was a winner for me. However this will not keep me from booking again

We liked the location.
Negatives:
The pillows on the bed were fairly small, but that's minor. However, my biggest complaint and caution involves the pool and changing room area. BEWARE of the water on the floor in the changing room. I walked into the changing room and my feet flew out from under me. And I didn't barrel in there. I ended up with a bruised tailbone and a knot on my head. Needless to say, I didn't get to use the hot tub or pool and had an extremely uncomfortable drive home.

The location, easy to get to, off to its self, nice clean facilitie. The staff was great. Libbie was wonderful. Will stay again soon.

Positives:
The room was nice as was the staff. I felt bad for them as there were a ton of kids running wild there and people were complaining as if it was the job of the staff to control them. Luckily our room was away from most of the unruly children. The room and bed were comfy. The bathroom was old but clean. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
We didn't get to use the hot tub due to it constantly being filled with a dozen screaming kids. It would be nice for the hot tub to be for adults only and leave the screaming kids to the pool. We couldn't even use the hot tub the next morning as the water level was low and water was murky.

Positives:
The breakfast was amazing. But the soccer game was so early we barely had time to eat before we had to leave.
Negatives:
If you want to check in early you have to pay $25. They then call to make sure you still want the room because they didnt make notes about how late you would be. The call was nice so they didnt give the room away.
