Positives: The location and close to the mall
Negatives: Where to start, first off we went to use the pool and the water was so cold 5 min was all I could handle and I got out. Friday the 27th was my wedding night I even noted that with the hotel, it had to be special, I been widowed for 32 yrs and just getting married again. I had to wait two years before I could marry because of a very bad car accident which left me unable to walk for a year due to breaking over 9 bones and having 4 surgeries to correct my legs so I could walk again. I wouldn't get married until I could walk again on my own. I'm out into a room right next door to a family with children and a baby who screamed both nights we were there all night long. I went to the front desk Saturday morning to let them know in hopes they would maybe offer me a different room but they just looked at me like I was stupid, 9pm sat night here goes the baby again screaming so loud that I had the volume on my tv turned up to almost 60 and I could still hear the baby so I went to front desk and made them aware of it, again no mention to move me to another room she just said I will call them. Call them and tell them what? The people next door says your baby won't stop screaming? In this day and age that might just get me killed or something honestly. While checking out I asked about coming me something on my room the manager on duty only offered me his business card and told me if I stay again they will give me a big big discount if I don't give a bad review. Like does he honestly think I'm gonna come back? This was my honeymoon, what do couples do in a honeymoon? No us and why not? Because if we could hear them we know they would hear us and they had children in their room that would be disrespectful to those children. I'm very very disappointed my honeymoon was ruined. I have kids that live in my home the object was to have two peaceful nights alone with my new husband away from crying kids, i COULD HAVE SAVED $260 AND STAYED HOME!!!!
