Negatives: The hotel had everything I needed

Negatives: Hallways smelled of cooked food, I realize that the rooms have full kitchens but it would seem that the hallways could have had some type of air freshener in the ductworks Also the bathroom sink was clogged; couldn't run the water continuously

Negatives: Wish there was sugar and cream for the coffee in the room.

Negatives: Rude and not very helpful. Had to goto the front desk and ask for sheets for the pull out couch. One of two sheets was still damp. Sheets and blankets were not folded. Room was dirty. Novi Police were there to take a stolen vehicle report from their lot.

Negatives: Some of the furniture could use an upgrade, you can see the years of usage. Bed was soft on one side, might need more rotation times, given volume.

Negatives: no coffee

Negatives: Confusing two sonesta buildings we went into the wrong one and waited over 10 minutes for a front desk person, then went to the other one where they double charged us until I went and asked them to remove it. The building we ended up being in was dated and needed updating. No breakfast. Claims to have free parking only if you sign up for their reward program though.

Negatives: It was filthy. They would not change sheets until after a weeks stay. Some nights, it was loud. Kitchen, severely unequipped.

Negatives: Filthy room. Carpet hadnt been vacuumed recently. Filthy couch. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty wash cloths at front entrance. Dirty broiler pan in oven. Used coffee pack in coffee pot. Bathroom sink didnt drain. Did dishes in dishwasher but water backed up in kitchen sink. Water leaked on floor from dishwasher. Torn wallpaper in bathroom. Towel rack removed from wall but wall never repaired. No secure entrance. Anyone could walk in, bypassing office and go to any rooms. First morning someone knocked on door at 8:30 am and wanted to clean carpeting while I was in room. I was working and on Zoom- declined. Told I had to sign up for rewards or I would be charged for parking. Huge parking lot, 1/4 filled.

Negatives: The room was disgusting and the staff sucks.

Negatives: It was dirty. Shelf in the closet was broke. Shelf in the bathroom was half hanging down. Towel had a dried blood spot. Fridge didn't work and it smelled. I never stayed there but was charged $75. The manager never called me and is hard to reach. Employee acted like the room was top notch. Charged me $150 for my cat but I was told $75. I had to leave. It was making me sick.

Negatives: First room that I was given was nasty. It smelled really musty, the bathroom was disgusting, and did not fit the description of the room I reserved. I reserved a 2 queen bed suite with a queen size sofa bed. The first room only had a dirty chair in it. I was given another room after complaining to the front desk clerk. Upon entering the second room, I could smell that it had just been sprayed with disinfectant and air freshener, however it was clean. I will not be staying with them again.
