Positives: The room was nicely decorated, nice prints on the wall, nice carpet, nice furniture, good reading lights on either side of the bed, large screen TV on a bracket so it could be easily swiveled and everything was clean.
Negatives: The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The faucet at the sink was at an odd angle and was not anchored to the sink making it almost impossible to use. The bath exhaust fan sounded like a freight train. The TV could not be turned on. The phone did not work. There were no juices at breakfast and we had to wait for the coffee to be brewed - twice.

Positives: The property was nice. Good location for a trip to Frankenmuth just a short drive to it. Lots of restaurants and stores near by.
Negatives: The customer service was terrible. Walk in to check in had to wait five minutes before a girl came to the front desk and then was told they were checking rooms still and it would be another ten minutes before she would be back down to see if our room was ready yet. We walked in at 2:30. Finally around 3:05 the girl comes back down from checking rooms, by this time there was 7 different groups of people waiting to check in, asking if we knew what was going on and where the workers were and why they weren’t handling us yet. Check in time started at 3 so my group assumed our room would be ready at this point therefore we unloaded our luggage. There were two people ahead of me to check in. Both of them get checked in and get their rooms. Once it was my turn to give them my information I was told my room wasn’t ready yet. I mentioned how check in time is stated as 3pm and it is now past that time. They proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed and I asked how long they thought it would take for my room to be ready and they stated they didn’t know a time frame. So I go and sit with my group and watch the next group go up to check in and they had the same room as me two queen beds, they get checked in and get their room keys. At this point I am very upset if check in was at 3 and I had already been waiting 40ish minutes now for the same exact room that group got. I go up and ask them why I wasn’t given that room since I was here before him and they tried to check me in and told me they didn’t have any of my room type cleaned yet. They then go on to tell me I can go else where if I don’t want to wait. So my group and I start looking for another hotel we found one right down the road I was putting all my information in for the booking information, before I submitted my debit card I wanted to make sure I would get my full refund from the Hilton since I was told to go else where.

Positives: The property was reasonably clean the staff was helpful
Negatives: Well where do I begin. First when I arrived my room wasn’t fully cleaned. There was urine in the toilet from the previous guest so I assume it wasn’t cleaned The bathroom sink faucet barely had a trickle making simple hand hygiene impossible. Staff said they knew. Why rent a room that doesn’t have a fundamental thing like that we booked a ground floor due to one of us not liking elevators we were stuck on the forth floor, when we mentioned that at the front desk we were shrugged off. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall There were guests on all days that we were there in the lobby in the evening vaping cannabis which rendered the lobby unusable by and family. We will be opening up a case with Hilton for some form of refund due to the unusable sink.
