Positives: I booked a king jacuzzi suite for 10 year anniversary upon checking in I get to my room without being told they no longer have jacuzzi suite after confirming my stay In a king size jacuzzi suite. I WAS STUCK TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT ACCOMIDATIONS IN YOUR PARKING LOT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL...NOT WHAT I WANTED TO DO ON MY ANNIVERSARY MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND I HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR MONEY TO BE REVERSED BACK TO ME.
