NOTHING. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was very dingy, had a terrible odor and looked run down. The room was even worse. There were multiple broken appliances in the room, and the room was filthy. The floor was sticky and the counter tops, tables, and chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I didn’t even stay the night in the room. I literally was so disgusted I just left. I didn’t even care to try to get my money back.

The front desk person a young lady was arguing with someone very loudly for 1 hour with another employee at around 11pm my door is near the front desk so I could hear everything I recorded some of the arguments

I had to go out of my way to get a cash deposit, that I did not know I would have to pay, and there were absolutely no signs stating there was a deposit. The room only gives one was cloth per room. NO COVER! No breakfast served like they say they will.

There was no breakfast, no pots and pans, dishes nor silverware. Receive my room at 5:00 p.m. room 105 all bed linen was disgusted. Mold on the side of the refrigerator. Cobwebs by the iron and ironing board. Debbie the night Clerk was very rude did not accommodate me to receive a new room after my reservations after I explained my concerns. Had to change my own linen on my bed. I spoke with Eric the owner of this establishment and I told him my concerns but before that he told me he was busy. Dominique the day person had excellent customer service. Due to my field and housekeeping on this satisfied on the way Debbie the night Clerk have no concerns on the proper way of customer service. Debbie should no longer have a job with this company on her way that she treats the customers and her approach to provide excellent customer service during mishaps in their rooms for this satisfied customers.

room key entry had issues. door would not close completely without adjusting.the rude night time agent was disgusting 2/24. there was an extension if one say on my stay. it was paid for as a separate book. he could not find it. and was locked out.
