The lady that checked me in was nice. Decent water pressure in shower.

Tv didn't work in first room, no toilet paper. 1 towel. Dirty room.
2nd room 1 hour after check in, broken tv remote no batteries in all of hotel. No towels until house keeping 11am. Was given 1 roll tp to use instead.

We book the hotel long back but when we reached there they said booking is cancelled and gave us only 1 room n we were 6 members with 2 rooms When asked at the reception he refused to help us... I took only one roon need my refund back for other room

All the remotes are busted that we got. There's no trash can in here. 3 lights are busted and still work. The phone is unplugged and not able to be plug. Outlet that they have on the table does not work and is loose if you try to plug something in. The drawers to the dresser are falling off.

It took us two hours to get checked in, it was raining and cold we had to use the bathroom and couldn't and the room was prepaid and we had to pay a second time in order to get in the room then the room wasn't clean the blanket was staying with blood in different spots or had cat hairs on it you had to swap or vacuum and I'm allergic to fit here so that was a very uncomfortable stay after all 2 hours wait
