Positives: I liked the walk in shower.

Negatives: Didnt meet the expectations of a 5 star handicap friendly hotel. I have a Walker and anything I needed I had to take a long walk to get it nothing was brought to me. Also some on my deposit was taken for no reason.

Positives: Staff goes out of their way to help and they are super friendly and pleasant to be around. Well lighted in all outside areas. Very close to where I visit family (only 10 minutes away). Also close to freeway. Near stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

Negatives: looks like people live there. no sleep. hour. Was up all night with domestic violence going on in another room outside our window, yelling screaming, cursing and it sounds like domestic violence, kids crying. Called front desk Rude and only said ok

Negatives: I couch a carpet needs to be cleaned so nasty I didn't want to sit on the couch. Smelled of liquor and cigarettes outside the door and the carpet, and couch had stains needs to deep clean or updated with new furniture.

The first thing is when I pulled off the sofa bed there was crumbs and paint all over the sofa bed. there was blood on the mattress. there was. stains on the sheets that I had to bring myself to the room. and there was metal wires hanging from the bed, so I would not recommend the sonesta
