Positives: The front desk person was very helpful and kind.

Negatives: The building has major water damage problems resulting in mold growth. You can tell by the musty smell, which indicates active mold growth. Rooms have been remodeled, but the ac units are moldy, visible mold on curtains, repeated water damage on window sills. Guests have been smoking in the rooms and they smell.
