Having to pay for parking when the hotel is in a mall. We were out late at a restaurant across the street and the pedway was locked coming back. Made it difficult to get across the street. This would stop me from staying here again. Just a watch out

I was charged twice for parking. Called and was given an email to forward proof. Which I did. They have yet to respond or acknowledge after following up multiple times. It is now a month later.
