The bed was comfortable, and the size of the room was adequate. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with clean towels, soap, and shampoo. The breakfast was good and the dinning room was spacious. The staff was helpful.
Negatives:
I did not see a selection of movies. I suppose I could have asked. I did have to call the front desk because I was having a little trouble turning the TV, so this is partially positive the person from the front desk promptly came and was helpful. The elevator looked a little old/dated, so maybe cosmetic change would give guests a better impression.

Staff are great all the time, havent try the breakfast yet but what i like from the distance is that is not crowded to pick your food. By the way love the loud music at restrooms by cafeteria.

The room that i got wasnt what i wanted but so far is what i reserved. Details : did not want bathtub in restroom.

Room heater was noisy, next door neighbor was loud and noisy after midnight, TV Channels were fuzzy, internet was disconnecting and slow, advertised with fridge in all rooms but there was not, lobby is dull, breakfast was terrible, no verities, at arrival no one explained the hotel facilities and breakfast timing. I had to ask.
