Negatives:
While it was November, my room was very hot when I checked in. I attempted to re-set the thermostat but it only blew hot air. I contacted the front desk and was informed that the A/C was turned off. I could not make the room cooler. I was told to open the window. I attempted to open it but the latch was broken. The room was extremely hot and it was November.
Also, the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned.

The Fan in the room turned itself off in the middle of the night despite me setting it to stay on. The Toilet Kept running ever 15-30 seconds througout the night and the shower head was in rough shape and I had an uncomfortable shower.

The toilet ran all night, the bathroom sink did not drain, and the shower had very little water. The shower head was clogged.
I also kept getting pestered to pre register prior to check in. I finally agreed and had to send my drivers license picture and cc info. I thought this would make for an easy check in. Once we arrived, I had to go over it all again so why waste my time pre registering.

We were downgraded because too many people came with pets. We paid in advance a month earlier. We had to call customer service with booking to even get to speak to a manager. They ended up moving us to a room with water damage and holes in the curtains as they wouldn't give us a refund.
The curtains had large holes in them in our room along with water damage.
On guest treatment alone we would not go back but at least booking took care of us.

Pool and hot tub hours were 7 am to 11 PM. Hot tub was undergoing maintenance at 7:45 am. Because of my other commitments, I was unable to use at any other time.

We booked the executive double queen bed room which we thought there would be an extra living room which is shown in the booking website. We paid extra for that but we ended up only getting a normal double queen bed.
