Arrived at 7:30 pm with a 3pm check in time. Given my room at 9pm and told would not receive a refund or credit. Their excuse was that one of their cleaners called in sick. Wasn't the only one standing in the lobby for over an hour waiting for my room to be cleaned. Manager was very rude to people who asked for at least a partial credit for the time between 3pm and when they were allowed to use their rooms at 9pm or later. Also the shower needs a deep clean. Hot tub didn't work and was very dirty. Disappointed.
