We checked in really late because of a wedding and the front desk clerk was so friendly and accommodating. She was awesome!

Room was SO dark. Even with all of the lights on it was dark and gloomy. There were no lights in the entrance of the room. Breakfast area is so small and selection was pretty poor.

All the staff worked together. There was no " this isn't my job, let me go find someone that can help. Everyone was Johnny on the spot.

Cleanliness was not up to par. We stayed in king room with hot tub. Floor turned my socks gray. Vents for hot tub and bathroom were old,rusty and dirty. Microwave burned the cups they gave for our coffee. No ceramic cups were available.

The room was very hot when we arrived and it took over 2 hours to cool the whole room down because the room is larger than most. It was so hot over by the bed.
The bed sheets were not king size sheets..
The hot tub was filthy.
Had to go downstairs and ask for cleaning products and scrubbing pads. Then after flushing the tub 5 times the water came out brown. Very disappointed to say the least.
The toilet wad backed up and dirty. Had to go downstairs and ask for a plunger.
There was human hair on the bath floor and tubs..
The carpet was was not fully vacuumed. We moved an ottoman to sit and found garbage under it..and red stains..
Please refund us to a reasonable price.
