My reservation was messed up. I was a day late, so reservation was cancelled, but apparently someone was checked in under my name anyway. And it was charged through bookink.com. when I did the pre check out. It checked out the other room. Your accounting is terrible. How they could allow someone to check in under my name is completely unacceptable.

Our rm was musty smelling and had a dehumidifier in it that we had to empty every few hrs. My husband contracted covid and couldn't make the trip so I canceled 1 reserved rm more than 24 hrs b4 check in. Then my sister and I shared a rm to save $. Turns out it cost more to cancel the 1 rm reservation than I pd for the 1 rm/1 night stay.
