Location of the hotel was excellent, being just a couple blocks walk to all events we went to. The room was nice and cozy for small sq ft. View outside towards downtown and sports venues was great. Breakfast was incredible. Definitely cannot complain about the two complementary drinks in the lobby bar. Staff was exceptional at completing our requests for a fan in the room.
Negatives:
An inside route directly to 50 South Sixth parking ramp. Wide gaps in the sliding doors to the bathroom.

My digital key never worked for my room, but it did for the elevator. Not convenient at all.
The outlets in the living room didn’t work. So we had to charge phones in the bedroom or bathroom.
The amount you pay to park in very unreasonable, and no option to pay the desk with cash for parking is not convenient.
