I didnt like how the breakfast was overpriced I havent been to a hotel where they charge for breakfast. You already have to pay for the hotel then you want us to pay for valet service thats crazy to me but staff was so nice!

Excellent staff. Hilton always had the best pillows and beddings

I was unable to stay due to being told I was not able to leave my pet in the room. At first I was told I could not leave the hotel without my pet, followed by I cannot leave him in the room without a crate. I received all of this information, after I paid and had my room key. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to find another hotel last minute and travel (through rush hour) to make an event I was planning on attending. The first staff member was helpful, but one of her colleagues was rude with her responses.
