Between Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: The property was very clean but the room needed repairs

Negatives: The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The staff mopped the hallway incline to the Starbucks during breakfast hours and I slipped and had a hard-fall from their negligence. Who mops a sloping floor during busy hours of operation?

Positives: Enjoyed the layout of the property. East to know where everything (coffee, fitness center, cafe, etc) was considering the larger size of the hotel.

Negatives: The climate control inside our room didnt seem to work as it should have.

Negatives: Power went out throughout my stay. It was a but difficult to be in the room with nothing working. Marriot wasnt able to accommodate me for that either so it was a bit frustrating as well.
