EVERYTHING! The place is filthy! My room had wood ticks in it due to the AC unit NOT being fully secured to the wall ( could see outside light ), floors were stained to the point my brand new white socks were dark brown, bath tub majorly stained, shower curtain had mold on it, bedding had cigarette burn holes. The hall way floors were disgusting! All outlets in the hallways had air fresheners in them. The security door didn’t latch. From the outside you could see mattress leaned up a window on the second floor. This place is AWFUL!

We tried to cancel this reservation, and that was not successful with the front desk staff. When we arrived, the appearance and curbside appeal of the outside was terrible, there was furniture couches and recliners in front in two different areas along with multiple areas of overflowing trash, lots of it. As if people were living there instead of it being a hotel. The building itself looked like it needed a whole lot of work. Sketchy and we were not comfortable at all.

The entire motel is run down, paint is peeling everywhere. The lobby & hallways are in need of renovations. The sheets have spots where it's almost completely worn through. Towels are thin and tattered.
