Negatives: Infested with bugs/cockroach. Floors were dirty, sticky. Rooms were not clean.

Negatives: The parking lot was under construction. We had the last remaining spot. There were a few people standing around outside the property at every entrance. Checking in, there was a blood stain on the counter. Opening the door to our room, we were met with a smell of Marijuana. The room was in a degraded state. Don't trust the images on their website. There were many visible paint chips in the room. The lounge chair was severely worn and appeared to have a few stains on the leather. The floor was very sticky. After a few steps, the bottom of my barefoot was black. The shower had water stains on the faucet handle and trim. It appeared the showered was not cleaned. The toilet flushed but didn't go down. We had to wait two to three hours before using it. Solid waste accumulated as the vacuum didn't pull it from the bowl. The hand towel had a pubic hair right on top, very visible. The website advertised premium TV channels. That was false. There were only three channels and they are e channel, animal planet and a Hispanic channel. You have to pay extra for other channels. Phone calls cost a dollar each. They were nickle and diming for extras that other Extended Stays give out free. The bed kept sliding an inch or two off the metal bed frame. The windows were paper thin. We heard every car that passed the hotel on the hiway. Other reviews of this place were very generous.

Negatives: This is not a hotel by traditional standards. Go elsewhere. They do not possess the customer service skills required to manage the demands and throughput of guests that a traditional hotel deals with. You can tell the staff are more like onsite apartment managers. When we showed up the front desk was vacant and all lights were off. After quite a few minutes of trying to reach someone on the phone a very sleepy and inconvenienced guy appeared. We were staying one night and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. We requested a late checkin (9pm) and they could accommodate us, which was nice The floors were sticky and slippery at the same time. If they were cleaned it wasn't with clean water or any kind of soap. The doorknob was off of the bathroom door. The shower has so little pressure because it was caked with hard water calcium because it is never cleaned. The walls were stained and dirty. The kitchen was not clean and missing drawers etc, but thankfully we did not have to cook anything in it. This place is not worth the money, and we had to pay more than the price listed on the website, so it stings even more. Sketchy clientele. I agree with the comments about a halfway-house feel. There was actually a guy out front in a wheel chair, smoking who was trying to show us the scars from his recent injury/surgery......wtf. We had driven almost 22 hours by the time we arrived, so we really couldn't look for something else.

Negatives: The manager opened my room and woke me up at midnight just wondering if anyone was in the room

Negatives: Lot of bugs in room, breakfast not breakfast you can say snack only not breakfast. Room not ready for check in and stuff opened room without checking any guest still in room before check out, shower head not enough power for water.

Negatives: Dirty floor in the room, No coffee in lobby any morning. Grab and go breakfast was a few nutrigrain bars. You have to ASK for a coffee pot. Why not put coffee pots in all the rooms automatically?

Negatives: The whole place smelled and looked terrible. The staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. They charged us twice for the price of one room and it took them a whole month to refund our money. The whole place looks like a nightmare. There was a naked person peeing in the parking lot at night. The manager of the site hit a customers car in the parking lot with her car. The cops had to be called out. Terrible experience.
