Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Room was not clean, dog poop in the corner on floor. Reserved a smoking room, room smelled of smoke, but I was told I couldn't smoke. Door would not close properly, 1/2in gap. Floor was damaged. Had to ask for more bath towels because only one towel and one hand towel we're giving no wash cloth.
