Positives: It was clean the employees was polite and wonderful the desk clerk she was amazing yes I would go there again
Negatives: The whole time we was there they was out of surf for the waffles but other than that it was wonderful

Negatives: The tubs here need to be replaced ,feel like you're going to fall through. The hot water in the shower must be fixed so that you can't turn the hot water faucet on all the way so my shower was a little too cool.

Positives: The customer service at the front desk was the only thing i enjoyed. The staff was very helpful.
Negatives: The carpet in the lobby was dirty and smelled. The carpet in the room was so dirty, and it smelled as if it had never been shampooed. There was and area in the room, where the ironing board was, it was visible dirt on the concrete. I could hardly breathe.

Negatives: Bathtub was rotted and covered with an adhesive mat that was dirt stained where the water sits in a puddle after showering. No elevator so I was allowed to stay on the first floor. I was charged $25.00 for an early check-in though there was a room ready.

Negatives: Staff was unavailable when I had problems with keys. The most problem was with who I booked through, not able to pickup keys due to payment issues. Not likely to use again.

Positives: Nothing!!! The room smelled the light fixtures were horrible and the bed omg the pillows were old as hell
Negatives: That hotel needed some serious attention from hotel mgmt!! Those room need to be better they smell if your looking for some where to change your clothes and hot showers it's ok

Positives: The best part of this hotel was the staff. Very accommodating thru all the issues that are so wrong with this hotel.
Negatives: When you book a motel from a major chain you expect things to work. The TV's are horrible. Don't work and have to constantly reprogram them to watch it. The ice machine was out of order. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker didn't work. No juice.
