Between Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: We were rewarded for our patience and the fact we could not check until 4 !/2 hours later than promised by being upgraded to a much larger room. The staff was very apologetic and called me on my cell to let me know our room was finally ready for check in about 7:30.

Negatives: We were unable to check in at 3pm as promised--not even at 4pm, when we arrived. We were there for a high school reunion and had an activity at 5pm to which we had to go in our travel clothes, and did not get to check in until after 10pm when the gathering concluded.
