Negatives: The rooms only had one, very dim light, there were no lamps in the room. Stale honey buns and coffee was all they had for "breakfast". The room I was put in at first (218), the TV and phone didn't work. I waited 45 minutes for the staff to come up and reboot and it still didn't work. When I asked for another room, they told me no at first because I had already checked in. I told the guy at the desk I drove 3 1/2 hours to visit family and I'm 6 months pregnant, only things I wanted to do was take a shower and get some rest. And if he couldn't give me another room I needed at least half of my money back. That's when he finally decided to give me another room (Room 116). The toilet half way flushed and there was water spraying out the top of the shower head onto the wall which caused it to bubble up. I found a couple of bugs in the room and the ice machine did not work. The floors were very dusty as if they had not swept or mopped in awhile. The cleaning staff had their kids screaming and running up and down the hall very early in the morning. It was a very unpleasant stay. I was gone most of the day visiting my family so I wasn't at the hotel much.

Negatives: Dirty rooms. Nasty smells in the corridors.

Negatives: For the two nights I was there, the television did not work. I was told someone was going to take care of it, but the situation was not resolved. I asked to be refunded the fee i paid for late check out. There needs to be a lamp on the nightstand

Negatives: It smelled like smoke, it was not clean, the walls were super thin and we could hear everything and it sounded like the people upstairs were going to fall through the floor. We had no room service the entire time we stayed. The ice machine broke and flooded the hall and was not properly cleaned with no “warning” sign that it was slippery or fall hazard. We had no tv for the first few hours bc the front desk person never showed to fix it. The towels were super thin and dingy and the floors were extra sticky

Negatives: Location. Building looked run down. No iron or ironing board. No hangers

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Flying bugs in the room. Stains on sheets that I removed and tossed on the floor. Unclean room. Only one working light.

Negatives: The room has one light source no lamps TV didn't work

Negatives: It could have had an ice machine on the second floor and the ice machine that they do have is questionable. It needs replacing asap.

Negatives: I reserved a king room and was given a queen room. There was no hot breakfast. There were no lamps on the nightstands. My husband had to crawl under the dresser to unplug the tv to get it to reboot since the screen was frozen. The attendant spent all his time on his cell phone.
