Positives: The staff, to include front desk. cleaning and breakfast service personnel were all wonderful to deal with. Melody ( hope I have the spelling correct) was exceptional in every way.

Negatives: Then hotel is in serious need of renovation/repair. Some examples are; Room door did not close without slamming it shut Toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall A/C unit was very noisy all night long The hallway carpeting on our floor (1st floor) was extremely filthy and had a bad smell TV news channels kept going out but most of the staff did not know how to fix the problem. Melody fixed it for us twice
