The layout of the hotel suite. The location was great.
Negatives:
They didn't clean the room, said it had to be requested. I have never heard of that, and I have stayed at Marriott a lot in the past. They ran out of clean towels. It put a damper on the stay. The staff told my nephew he had to request more towels and they ended up going to buy towels.
