We made two points of contact each day to make sure our room was cleaned. The first morning a stop at the front desk and the lady checking rooms. Day two we texted the number and called the front desk. The room was never cleaned. Three days in a dirty hotel room. Should’ve just stayed at choice hotel.

This Hampton Inn was the poorest representation of a Hilton hotel I’ve seen in awhile.

Dirty, mold in bathroom, holes in walls, filthy. Staff showed me 5 different rooms before I finally chose the “best of the worst.” Blood on mattress, pillow case, bathroom walls, boot marks in every shower I looked at. Each Room I looked at had a different heating/cooling systems; all were as filthy as described above Our room was not cleaned by staff at all during our 3 night stay. There was a note on the bathroom mirror stating the room would not be cleaned daily. Yuck!! No wonder the place is filthy from top to bottom !! I asked every staff member when was the last time the property was updated and every staff member told me it had not. In case you’re wondering, they either did a really crappy job or IT NEEDS IT NOW.
Hampton Inn used to be synonymous with quality. THIS IS NOT IT!! Keep looking and absolutely DO NOT book here!

Breakfast was good. The facility is nice and has potential.

I selected this hotel because it stated that it had EV charging. There were two EV ChargePoint chargers and neither of them were connected to the Chargepoint servers and they were not operational. Reported this to the front desk and was told that they would look at it the next day. Mosquitos in the room. Smell of Pot permeated the 3rd floor (advertised as non-smoking).

The pool, even though there were dead bugs in it.

The bed was uncomfortable, and I had to use four pillows cause they were almost flat. There were only 2 towels in the room. The pool was nice, but there were no pool towels to dry off with. Breakfast didn't offer much of a choice. The carpet in the room was filty. My room was across the hall from the ice maker machine, and all during the night, ppl were getting ice, and the ice maker was loud.
