Positives:
I loved the free breakfast. The options were a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazingly helpful in answering questions, concerning food, room stay, and places to visit in the area. However, there was one employee that went above and beyond in accommodating us on the many problems while at the hotel. The night clerk's name was Elizabeth. Unfortunately, I didn't get her last name, but Elizabeth did EVERYTHING in her power to help us navigate every problem we experience while at the hotel, including dealing with a VERY RUDE customer service rep at booking.com.
