AC did not work. I left early. I did get a refund I still lost money on a lot of shows I had booked. My family and I had planned this trip a longtime ago. It was devastating having to leave early. It made me physically ill to spend one night in a hot room.

The ac in the hotel was not working in the lobby or halls and barely in the rooms

Also the elevator was not working and we had to climb three flights the whole time
