Negatives: The staff and one of them tried to rip me off in the gaming room, and I had to threaten to call the authorities before I could get my money. they wouldn't give me any a cot or any extra blankets or sheets and I had two rooms with two adults and four kids and only had a queen bed in each room. Had to go to Walmart and buy air mattress.
