Positives: Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable.
Negatives: The only thing was their hot tub was broke down. But they were working on it. It isn't their fault though , things break.

Negatives: There were only 2 towels and wash cloths and half roll of toilet tissue. The next day I went to desk and asked them how often they clean rooms and they said every 3 days. I requested more towels and toilet tissue and they gave them to me along with trash bags as our trash was full. They did come the next morning and asked if we needed anything. Not sure what company policies are but this is first time I have ever had this issue at a Hampton inn and I stay at them when I travel.
